Spending two weeks in Icelandic winter was filled with ever-changing weather (Don’t like the weather? Wait five minutes or less!), some interesting food experiences (whale, puffin, reindeer, fermented shark, etc), amazing adventures (glacier walking and climbing, snorkeling between tectonic plates, etc.), exploring all angles of the Skolgafoss Waterfall (front, above, and behind), making new friends, and much more!
